Check In/Out
The Chalet is rented from Sunday to Sunday during peak season.
Check In time is 2:00 PM and check out by 10:00 AM.
Occupancy limit of eight, including children, will be strictly enforced.
Deposit
All rentals require a damage deposit of $200 paid at the time the reservation is made, accompanied by a signed Rental Agreement. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days from the date the property is vacated provided the property is returned in the same condition as when the renter arrived.
Full amount of rental is due no later than 60 days prior to reservation.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, deposit is forfeited. Cancellation 30-60 days in advance will forfeit 20% of rental; 14-30 days in advance, 50% of rental fee will be forfeited; 0-14 days in advance, no refund will be made. There is no refund for early departure.
In the event of catastrophic damage to the Chalet, full refund of deposit and rental fee will be made. The Chalet assumes no responsibility for expenses incurred by renter.
Parking
The Chalet has ample parking for 4-6 cars. Please ensure that your guests park only in the designated areas which will be identified when you check in. If you or your guests Park in other areas, you will be asked to move your vehicles, or your vehicles could be towed at your expense.
Pets
The Chalet has a No pets policy. No exceptions.
Smoking
The Chalet is a non-smoking facility
Tents, campers
The Chalet cannot accommodate campers but we will be happy to refer you to area campgrounds. Tents are allowed with prior approval, in designated areas for a fee of $20 per night.

Price and availability are subject to change without notice. The Chalet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
